I did not arrive at coaching through a straight line.

At different points in my life, I’ve experienced both external success and internal misalignment.

At 16, I left home and began living abroad, moving across multiple countries over the years. I started my career in financial roles, then pivoted into sales, and later into product leadership.

From the outside, it looked like progress. But midway through that journey, I encountered periods of stagnation, dissatisfaction, and deep questioning.

Success on paper.
Restlessness underneath.

Those phases forced me to examine the stories I had built about who I was and the invisible rules I was living by. Over time, I came to understand something simple but powerful:

We don’t just experience reality.
We interpret it. And often, we do so unconsciously.

The narratives we hold shape how we think, how we feel, and how we act. When those three dimensions are misaligned, friction follows.

Real change doesn’t begin with force.
It begins with awareness.

I believe we each hold the capacity to realign our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Doing so requires the willingness to look honestly at the essence of who we are, beyond performance or conditioning.

Coaching, for me, is the practice of creating the space where that alignment becomes possible.
